Ginger Lily (Hedychium spicatum) essential oil benefits

Ginger Lily is also known as  Hedychium and Kapoor Kachri and it is widely used in Ayurveda as well as in perfumery It is useful in treating nausea, vomiting, poor appetite, halitosis, hiccups. It promotes inner peace, calm, and balance.

Ginger Lily is also great for calming inflamed skin and softens hair.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Botanical Name: Hedychium spicatum

Method of Extraction: Steam distillation of the flowers and rhizomes

Origin: India, China

Color: Pale yellow

Aroma:  fresh, warm, spicy

Note: top

Blends well with: Bergamot, Frankincense, Ginger, Jasmine, Orange Sweet, Petitgrain, Rose, Sandalwood, Vanilla, Ylang Ylang, Lime and Neroli.

Therapeutic properties: Anti-bacterial, Anti-inflammatory,  Anti-spasmodic, Digestive, Anti-depressant, Sedative, Anti-nausea, Carminative

 

SHAANT is blended with Hydechium essential oil

HOW TO USE

To calm nerves, promote sleep burn 1-2 drops every 5 hours.

Add up to 0.5 % oil essential oil to face, hand creams, and shampoo
