Shipping, Returns, Refunds, Replacements


Ensuring your satisfaction is our foremost commitment, and we're dedicated to making every experience with our skincare products a delightful one. While we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, we offer a 15-day from purchase date money-back guarantee for online purchases. 

To issue a refund, excluding shipping charges, we need to establish that the product you have purchased from us has caused a skin reaction. Please get in touch by email within 15 days from the order receipt. We aim to make this process as seamless as possible for you.

While we are not responsible for damages caused during the shipping, if we establish that our packaging was faulty, we will replace the item for free within 48 hours. Please get in touch with us  within two days of the package receipt, including pictures. This is valid for order placed online.

We process orders within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. We offer free delivery for orders over USD 150 with FedEx/selected couriers and free delivery for all orders within THAILAND.

You can choose to ship with FedEx (transit time 2 - 6 business days)*, Couriers (2-10 days)* and International Postal Courier service (Transit time 4 -14 days)*. We ship from Bangkok, Thailand. Your tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as the parcel is shipped. You can check our shipping rates and transit time by country here

Please be aware that if applicable, Import Duties and VAT/GST must be paid by the recipient once the goods have arrived. The designated courier will notify the amount to pay and how to pay before clearing the goods.
