How to Use
Apply and massage a small amount onto sore areas. Rub until absorbed.
- Use before exercise to enhance flexibility, or after to cool overworked muscles and prevent inflammation.
- Expect a cooling and slightly tingling sensation for a few minutes after application.
- Do not apply on broken skin, near eyes, or on face.
- Wash hands after application. Avoid touching eyes.
- After applying the cream, wait 15-20 minutes before using hot water on the treated areas. This allows the product to fully absorb and prevents any potential skin irritation due to the high content of Peppermint Essential oil.
- Caution: Turmeric may stain white fabrics.
Pro-tip: Enhance relief with a Guasha tool. First, apply and massage the cream into sore areas until absorbed. Then, use the Guasha tool to gently massage the treated areas, focusing on where you feel muscle knots. Pay extra attention to these spots, applying steady pressure to help relieve tension. This combination can promote faster recovery and deeper relief for your muscles.
