Juniper berries (Juniperus communis) essential oils benefits

Juniper is very refreshing, invigorating, cleansing. It is also a very powerful plant extract useful to ease joints stiffness and arthritis.  It counteracts fluid retention and supports the urinary system.

Juniper is known since ancient times as a strong purifier agent for the mind, body, and spirit. It supports natural cleansing and detoxifying, and it is very useful when planning weight loss or alcohol detox. Thanks to its anti-toxic and depurative qualities, it lowers uric acid levels and can control gout symptoms.  It is also useful in treatments for joint mobility especially in the case of arthritis, stiffness, or paralytic conditions.
