LULUR is an ultra-gentle cleansing oil 100% plant-based formulated to:
- deep cleanse and nourish all skin types
- gently remove waterproof makeup
- shift sunscreen, daily buildup, impurities
It cleanses your skin efficiently and removes makeup thoroughly without it feeling dry and tight. And we promise - no more over-stripping your skin of precious oils!
LULUR's formula is gentle and does not contain essential oils. Perfect for all skin types, including sensitive skin and eyes, our cleansing oil shifts makeup, sunscreen, daily buildup, and impurities, leaving you with clean, soft and nourished skin. Work it for 1-2 minutes, then remove it with a wet towel. LULUR takes on a milky texture when mixed with water.
To double cleanse and get squeaky clean skin, apply LULUR as step 1) and MAMÃO • Multi Fruits Powder-to-Foam Cleanser as step 2).

LULUR is a gentle blend of cold-pressed oils to deep cleanse, remove makeup and nourish all skin types. It shifts dirt, makeup, sunscreen, and impurities, working in synergy with your skin's protective layer, rather than stripping it of its precious sebum.
It is formulated with light oils (Apricot, Grapeseed, Sunflower), sebum identical oils (Jojoba), antioxidant oils (Camellia) and richer cleansing oils (Castor, Coconut); Castor oil is a natural astringent that readily pulls away oil and impurities.
LULUR is inspired by traditional beauty rituals of the Island of Bali; in Balinese LULUR means polish.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Are your products truly natural?
Yes, our products are truly natural, right down to the preservatives we use. Plus, we use organic ingredients approved and certified by Ecocert and Cosmos wherever possible.
Our masks, SOLE and CHUN, do contain ethylhexyglycerin, a broad-spectrum preservative enhancer. We use this ingredient because there’s a risk that these products will get contaminated if you use your fingers or a dirty brush to apply them. While ethylhexyglycerin is derived from vegetable glycerine, it’s classified as semi-natural due to chemical processing.
Are your products vegan, cruelty-free and gluten-free?
Yes, all our products are Vegan and Gluten-free. We do not test on animals. We love animals, and we are a cruelty-free brand.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products typically have a shelf life of 18 to 24 months when unopened. However, once opened, they will last up to 9 months. To keep your products fresh for as long as possible, please keep them out of direct sunlight, at room temperature or below 24°C, and store them at average humidity..
Where do you source your ingredients and where are the products made?
We source our ingredients worldwide (Thailand, New Zealand, Australia, India, Italy, France, Spain, UK, Morocco, Somaliland, Chile, Brazil, USA). We try, however, to minimise our carbon footprint by purchasing as much as we can locally. Our products are made in an Ecocert-certified production facility, in Thailand, under the direct supervision of our founder and formulator, Daniela.
Do you source ethically?
Most definitively. We avoid using any endangered plants, and we don’t purchase any botanicals or active ingredients from unethical suppliers.
What safety and quality standards are you following?
We follow EU product safety and GMP (good manufacturing practices) standards, and we fully disclose all ingredients used in our formulations. We want you to know what you’re putting on your skin – and feel good about it.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We use transparent glass containers that can easily be recycled or reused anywhere in the world. Only the closures and lids are made of PET, the most commonly recycled and recyclable plastic. As a safeguard for the purity and efficacy of our products, which contain water and delicate ingredients that require care when stored, PET closures are the best option available on the market right now. Are your products suitable during pregnancy and while breastfeeding?
Our products are 100% natural. We use safe ingredients, and we use actives and essential oils in low concentrations that are suitable for use during pregnancy. Every pregnancy is unique; however, as a general rule, we recommend limiting your use of aromatic skincare when pregnant.
If you choose to use one of our face oils (AZUR, SHAANT, KORU) when breastfeeding, please do so away from feeding time. Some aromas, especially the base notes of SHAANT, can linger for hours, and infants shouldn’t inhale essential oils, especially in the first 3 to 4 months of life.
Is there an order I should follow when applying your skincare products?
Start by cleansing your face, even just with water. Spritz LĪLĀ to refresh and hydrate your skin. Apply lighter and water-based products first (ÏIS, NAÃ), a light moisturiser (HAE) followed by one of our oils (AZUR, SHAANT, KORU). To improve your skin care product penetration and skin texture, exfoliate with SOLE and mask with CHUN once a week. Don’t forget to SPF if you go out in the sun.

Massage 2-3 pumps into dry skin to dissolve make-up, dirt, and sunscreen, ideally for 60 seconds. Add a few drops of warm water to create light milk and continue to massage. Soak a cotton towel, wring it out to gently wipe away the oil.
