Peppermint oil is the most extensively used essential oil both medicinally and commercially, even more than Lavender. Thanks to its very strong anti-spasmodic properties are one of the most valuable natural tension pain reliever available to us. The cooling and refreshing aroma of Peppermint is perfect to create energetic and focused environments. Peppermint eases and controls very quickly muscle tension, abdomen spasm like IBS, cramping, headaches, and migraines, thanks to its high content of menthol. Indicated in case of apathy, shock, nervous stress, vertigo, and faintness. It is a great sinus and chest decongestant. HOW TO USE

As chest and sinus decongestant  add 2-4 drops of Peppermint to hot water for steam inhalation 2-3 times a day.

Dilute 2-5 drops max every 5 ml of carrier for muscle tension release massage or abdominal cramping.

5 drops to every 5 ml of carrier applied on pulse points to control travel sickness , headaches (on temples only avoiding getting to close to the eyes) and hangover.

Dilute 1% peppermint oil in case of skin irritation  and itching (with water, gel, lotion) - do not increase dilution rate as irritation may get worse

Do not apply undiluted Peppermint topically and do not take it orally without the supervision of a professional Aromatherapist. Not suitable with children, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
