You can choose to ship with FedEx (transit time 2 - 4 business days) and International Postal Courier service (Transit time 4 -12 days). We ship from Singapore, Thailand and Hong Kong. Your tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as the parcel is shipped.
Please be aware that if applicable, Import Duties and VAT/GST must be paid by the recipient once the goods have arrived. The designated courier will notify the amount to pay and how to pay before clearing the goods.

If the products you have ordered are not a good match with your skin, you can exchange them (only for Singapore, Thailand and Hong Kong customers only) or we will refund you in full excluding shipping charges. Please get in touch by e-mail within 30 days of purchase.
